Nongshim Sacheon Jjapagetti (Szechuan-style) is the spicy, elevated sibling of the original Jjapagetti. While the classic version is mild and sweet, the "Sacheon" version adds a sharp kick using red chili oil and Szechuan peppers, making it much more popular with the Filipino palate that loves a bit of heat.
Spicy Black Bean: It maintains the roasted "Chunjang" (black bean) sweetness but infuses it with a spicy, tingling oil.
The "Oil" Packet: Unlike the original, the oil packet here is red and fragrant. It provides the "Sacheon" (Szechuan) heat that cuts through the richness of the beans.
Granules: It contains larger bits of dried meat and vegetable flakes that rehydrate to give the dish more texture.
